You Cannot Automate What You Haven’t Defined

Executive Summary Why this matters: AI automates or augments processes. But many organisations have never documented their processes. They exist in practice but not on paper. What to know: Process clarity means knowing: What are the steps? What are the inputs and outputs? What are the exceptions? If you cannot explain it to a new

FAQ – Frequently Asked Questions
What is this course about?
This is a non-technical course. It is designed to help leaders make smart decisions about AI in their organisations. You will not learn to code or build AI systems. Instead, you will learn how to spot AI risks your team may already be creating, choose the right first AI project, and lead AI adoption without costly mistakes. Think of it as a decision-making toolkit, not a technical manual. You will also learn how to identify and use AI tools and vendors knowledgeably and safely.
Who is this course for?
This course is for Founders, Business owners, C-suite executives, senior leaders, and decision-makers in Nigerian organisations. If you approve budgets, set strategy, or manage teams that might use AI tools, this course is for you. It is especially useful if you or your staff are already using ChatGPT or similar tools and you are not sure what risks that creates.
Who is this course NOT for?
This course is not for technical staff who want to build AI systems. It is not for people seeking certifications or academic credentials. If you want hands-on coding or deep technical training, this is not the right fit. We focus on leadership decisions, not technical implementation.
What makes SabiSavvy different from other AI training?
Three things set us apart. First, we focus on Nigerian realities: NDPA compliance, local business examples, and challenges specific to our market. Second, we teach decision-making, not theory. You leave with practical knowledge, templates and frameworks you can use on Monday morning. Third, we close the “hype gap” by showing you what AI can actually do today, not what Silicon Valley promises for tomorrow.
Will I learn how to use ChatGPT and other AI tools?
Yes, but not in the way you might expect. We show you what these tools can and cannot do, what risks they create when staff use them, and how to write effective prompts for common executive tasks. You will understand enough to make informed decisions and spot when something is going wrong.
Can I bring my team?
Yes. We offer group rates for leadership teams. Having multiple leaders attend together often leads to better implementation because you develop shared understanding and language around AI decisions. Contact us for team pricing.
Is this course relevant to Nigerian businesses specifically?
Absolutely. Every example, case study, and compliance discussion is tailored to the Nigerian context. We cover NDPA 2023 requirements, discuss AI adoption by Nigerian companies like Access Bank, UBA, and MTN, and address challenges specific to our market such as infrastructure constraints and payment friction. This is not American or European content with Nigerian examples added. It is built for Nigeria from the ground up.
Our company is not ready for AI yet. Should I wait?
Your company may already be using AI without your knowledge. Studies show that over 70% of employees have tried AI tools at work, often without telling management. The question is not whether to adopt AI. The question is whether you want to lead the adoption or discover the problems later. This course helps you take control now.
