We may also disclose your data if required by law, to enforce our terms, or in connection with a business transaction (such as a merger or acquisition).
5. International Data Transfers
Our service providers may store and process data outside Nigeria, including in the European Union, United Kingdom, and United States.
Where data is transferred internationally, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, including:
- Adequacy decisions recognized under NDPA/GDPR
- Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs)
- Service provider certifications and security commitments
